Kirstin Harper studied at the Ayurvedic Institute as well as the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2003, she obtained her Yoga Teachers certification, and offers Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations. In 2004, Kirstin became a licensed Massage Therapist and Natural Therapeutic Specialist. Along with facilitating Yoga classes, Kirstin offers integrated bodywork treatments specializing in Core Synchronism, Polarity, and Deep Tissue. She has also been trained in modalities such as Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, and Prenatal. As life unfolds, Kirstin is honored to offer space for the journey of the ever-changing sensations of existence.
