Dawn McElfresh has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and received her 200 hr. accreditation from Core Power Yoga in Boulder, CO in 2012.  Dawn obtained her bachelor of science degree in Marketing at Ohio University in 2002 and currently is the marketing manager for Armstrong Flooring.  She is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Most days you can find her hiking, camping, skiing or mountain biking;  soaking in this gorgeous Colorado back-country.  Dawn loves living in her current space- a tiny cabin in Evergreen, with elk roaming the back yard!  She believes that a regular yoga practice brings balance and strength to your mind, body and spirit.  Namaste.
